  14. Why Wirelesshunt uses Google checkout and PayPal checkout?
1. Pricing and Misprints
In highly competitive markets like the GSM handsets and OEM accessories markets, prices change constantly, therefore prices are subject to change without notice. We don't offer price protection after orders are shipped. However, all unshipped orders will be adjusted to new prices.

WirelessHunt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with incorrect prices.

2. Customer Information and our Privacy Policy

WirelessHunt doesn't store any credit card information Period.


Google and PayPal Checkout simply serve as a holding place for your financial information. Both allow you to log in to a single username and shop, while safely securing your information. You will never have to expose your financial information.

3. Return and Exchange Policy
At WirelessHunt, we desire 100% customer satisfaction. We constantly try to improve our products and services and offer a customer satisfaction guarantee.

We offer a 7-day money back return policy on all products purchased directly from WirelessHunt.com. You may return any product for replacement or refund by obtaining a RMA number within 7 days from the delivery date. Please obtain your RMA by contacting us at customerservice@wirelesshunt.com or by calling us directly at 1 (866) 298 - 5259.

To receive a refund or to exchange your item, all items must be in restock-able condition as determined by WirelessHunt upon inspection of the returned item(s). For a product to be restock-able, it must be in its original packaging with all parts and accessories in clean, unused and undamaged condition. The returned package must also include a valid RMA number as issued by WirelessHunt prior to the return.

Any returned packages that do not meet the above requirements are not guaranteed to be refundable or exchanged and cannot be returned to the sender. However, you may still be granted an exchange or a refund after a 15% - 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item(s).

Shipping and handling charges are only refundable if a return was the result of a manufacturer defect, damage in transit, miss-shipment, or falsely advertised products (as determined by WirelessHunt).

Please note a few rules on specific products with regards to the return policy:
  • Any ClearTouch products with its plastic backing sheets removed or re-attached at any time are not returnable.
  • Software purchases are not returnable or refundable, no exceptions.
  • Any "Final Sale" products noted as “No exchanges or no returns on this item” are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
By returning an item (or items) back to us, you are agreeing to the return policy terms and conditions.
4. Product Warranty


All products purchased from WirelessHunt are covered by a 7-day warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures. You may request an exchange for a replacement within 7 days of the invoice date. Please submit your request to customerservice@wirelesshunt.com with detailed description of the manufacturer defects or failures of the product(s) you received.


5. RMA numbers and return policy
You must obtain a RMA number within the applicable return or warranty periods. WirelessHunt will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Customers should prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label of the box containing the returned product.

6. Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
You may obtain a RMA by contacting us at our E-mail address customerservice@wirelesshunt.com. You may also call our toll-free number 1 (866) 298 5259.

Please submit your RMA request to customer service with detailed description on the reason for your return as well as if you would like to receive a refund or exchange.

7. Is it necessary to return each individual accessory that came with the product when I send in a return?
Yes. All original products, accessories, and packaging must be returned with your item in undamaged, unused, and clean condition in order for us to process the RMA.

Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used, or are not returned in their original packaging will require a 15% - 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item(s). This restocking fee is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse this deduction.

8. What is the return policy on bundle purchases?
You may return bundle purchases in accordance with our regular Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. The return of selected item(s) will void any special bundle pricing and the item(s) remaining in possession of the customer will be charged at the individual item's standard price. The credit to the customer will be the difference between the total standard price of the individual item(s) returned and the amount of the bundle price.

9. Processing a RMA
It takes 2-5 business days for us to process and reship or issue a refund once we receive the product.

10. Refunds and credit
The credit applied is always issued back to the credit card that was used in the original order.

11. Returning an order
You must request a RMA before returning your order. Please read through our return policy and contact us at customerservice@wirelesshunt.com with your reason for the return. Once you’ve received the RMA, please send your package including the RMA number to the following address:

12. Cancelling an Order
You can submit your order cancellation request to customerservice@wirelesshunt.com. We will do our best to process your requests quickly, however, please note that we cannot cancel any order that has been processed and shipped.
