How do I order? |
Feel free to browse our online catalog; when you find an item that you would like to order, simply add it to your Shopping Cart. You may edit or remove items in your cart at any time. To make changes, click on the shopping cart icon located at the upper right corner of your screen. 
When you are satisfied with the content of your shopping cart, use our secure checkout to complete your order. Once the checkout process is complete, you will receive a confirmation E-mail detailing the status of your order.

How do I add items to my shopping cart? |
Browse or search our online catalog for the items you wish to order. Once you find an item, click the BUY button to add that item to your shopping cart. 
Once satisfied with your order, access our secure checkout from the shopping cart page.

How can I remove an item from my shopping cart? |
To remove an item from the shopping cart, you will need to access the shopping cart page by click on the Shopping Cart icon located at the upper right corner of your screen. To remove an item, make sure the checkbox to the left of each item to be removed is checked, when ready, click on the 'Update Cart' button.

How do I checkout? |
We offer the best and most secure. After adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, view and confirm your cart's contents.
To complete your order, click on either the Google Checkout or PayPal Checkout buttons. They are located at the bottom of your Shopping Cart page.
After choosing your checkout method, you will be redirected to
Google's or PayPal's secure checkout pages. Please follow the instructions displayed there.

Do I need to create an account to order? |
No, no account is needed. We are using Google secure checkout and PayPal Secure checkout systems. Checkout is completed on either PayPal's or Google's checkout website. If you have an account with either one, you will be able to use that account. If you don't have an account, you will be given a chance to create one.

Is the order process secure? |
Yes, we are using Google and PayPal secure checkout systems. Financial and personal information is always completed on either Google's or PayPal's website and is encrypted before transmitted.

What payment methods do you accept? |
Major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted through Google and PayPal Checkout.

How can I tell if my order went through? |

After your order is processed through our secure checkout system, you will be directed to the order's confirmation page. In addition, an automatic E-mail will be sent to you. When your order status changes an E-mail will be sent informing you of the new status.

Approximately how long does it take for WirelessHunt to process a RMA? |
It takes approximately two business days for us to process a credit back to your credit/debit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.

When will I get my order? |
After the item(s) leave our warehouse it will take approximately 3 - 7 business days for it to reach you. The delivery time depends on your address and the carrier's delivery schedule. A tracking number will be sent to your E-mail address with instructions on how to view the status of your order.

Approximately how long does it take for WirelessHunt to process a Return Merchandise Authorization? |
Once we receive the returned item(s), it takes 2-5 business days for us to process, reship, or issue a refund.

Can I track my order online? |
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to your E-mail address with instructions on how to view the status of your order.

Can I choose a different shipping option? |
Yes. After selecting your checkout method (PayPal or Google), you will be provided with the following shipping options. Please consider each option before making your selection including transit time.
Please note that all orders received before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the same business day it was received. If your order was received on or after 1PM, on a weekend, or on a holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
If you place your order after 1PM, and you elected to upgrade to one of our expedited shipping option; it may be possible to have your order processed on the same business day. To find out if that is possible, please call us at 1 (866) 298 - 5259.
